Steps to Request Account Deletion:
1. Send an email to support@getmonny.com from the email address associated with your account.
2. Use the subject line: “Account Deletion Request”.
3. In the email body, confirm your request and provide any relevant details to verify your identity, such as your registered username (if applicable).
4. Our support team will confirm receipt of your request within 3 business days.
Data Deletion Policy:
• Upon receiving your account deletion request, we will initiate the deletion process.
• Retention Period: We will securely hold your data for 30 days in case you decide to reverse your decision. After this period, all data will be permanently deleted from our systems.
• Data Deleted: Personal account information, and app usage data
• Data Retained: Only data required for compliance with legal obligations (if applicable) or dispute resolution will be retained for the legally mandated duration.
